i still have mine, and plan on keeping it as a daily driver when i get my new car, because the car is amazing on gas, and has been die-hard as far as relaiblity

New guy here, I've had mine for about a year. 2200 auto slow box; its not necessarily a bad car but I wish i would have at least an Eco or 2.4.
I just sold my Cavfire. It is going to someone else On JBO, so there is nothing lost. I picked up another cav for almost nothing that I already spent more on than the cavfire.
I will post teaser pictures of the new cav durring the build process. If all goes well, it will be DONE this coming spring and hit the show circuit with hopes and dreams that the judges look at the motor.
Christopher Hooten, please take good care of my baby! I don't know if I woulf have actually ended up selling the car if you hadn't been so persistant and dedicated to getting it. I know you will take it to newer and better things! I can't wait to see her painted!

Sold mine July 1st.
Had already bought a new daily driver in March which is my 2005 Silverado LT Quad Cab. The Silverado replaced my daily beater which was an S-10. Took the cav only to shows or if it was nice out. Got fed up with it after going to the OC Car show this year. Came back put it up for sale. 2 weeks later some one bought it and I bought my new toy.
A Kawasaki ZX-12R. Its insanley fast and sticks out in the over saturated world of 600cc sport bikes. This winter the fun begines when I order all my carbon fiber parts from Japan and get a candy clear put over it.
Then its really going to stick out.

I sold mine a few weeks ago.. still have a 94 cavalier that I need to paint so i can sell it.. right now its pretty much a yard ornament.

Still drivin mine. Probably buying a new car in the next year or so. Most likely keep my J though because I dont think I could get much out of it if I sold it. 165,00 miles and all. Still strong though.

Js are well underestimated hense why i like em.. and plus there good on gas..some friends give me crap bout my 4cy and they have v6 and v8 trucks.. but there the ones complaining about gas.. so i stick with my Js
I have had mine since new in 2000 bought it the year my son was born. I put maybe 1000 miles on it every summer. Will pass it on to my son on his 16th B-day. God I wish my dad gave me his 67 Cuda when I turned 16. Different car different time. Anyway am planning on purchasing my true love...a 1988 Z24, my first new car ever...seems like forever ago...got to give into that mid life crisis crap. Will always own a J end of story.

Second J I've owned too, first was an 89 Z24 with the 2.8. Sold it in 99 and 3 years later bougth this one.

I have one, just bought it not too long ago, like 4 days ago. Wont be keeping it long, uses too much gas for me. Is it normal to get 25mpg on average, not driving hard?
