Blend Door Actuator Motor Location?

Hey,

I found this: http://www.rockauto.com/getimage/getimage.php?imagekey=85765&imageurl=http%3A%2F%2Fimages.wrenchead.com%2Fsmartpages%2Fpartinfo_resize%2FDUS%2F15-72443.jpg lying underneath the steering column just dangling near my pedals with both of the vacuum lines (red and yellow) connected, but the arm was disconnected. I was wondering if any of you guys could explain to me where the arm is supposed to be connected to, because I cannot seem to find where it needs to connect, I'm thinking a piece is even broken off. Any help would be appreciated!

Ooops and sorry it's a 2000 Sunfire SE Coupe, if that is important in this case.

03 cavalier doesn't have a blend door motor. The flap is cable driven.

On the inside my car looks like a fighter jet.

There are three of them. The one that usually goes bad is underneath the glove box. Just replaced it and the clicking stopped
