I , for years, ran my 1987 sunbird non turbo with EGR disconnected, with vac tube plugged up. Car ran great, accelerated great, ran smoothly, etc (not counting idle, which still is rough). But yesterday I reconnected my EGR and man, car runs bad as HeLL! Stumbles, accelerated sluggishly, etc. Bad, bad, bad. Im tempted to disconnect it for tomorrows drive to work. Anyone know why Im having this problem? It is not the orig valve.
