Well, I got it into the shop and they determined it is in the security system. He said something about replacing the switch and now has to do something with the codes because it still cranks but won't start. Computers!!!!
They've checked the battery, right?

Just clicking? Did they try to charge the battery? Sometimes the battery could be so dead that it wont boost. Try sticking it on the charger for an hour.
if your motor turns over than you have some power from the battery. it could be that you're out of gas or the plugs are bad!! check those out and let me know.
