Driving style and mileage

I have been worrying about my gas mileage. Witll thes decrease my mileage.
-Bigger rims (17's or 18's)
-Driving distance at any give time between 2 and 10 miles in any direction.
-Hills (minor and severe slopes)

I get about 18-21mpg city.
I know there is another gas mileage post but i know i may not get my question answered.

i would imagine bigger rims might hurt your mileage a little bit but probably not a lot...

im not really sure what that means

as for hills yes they will hurt your gas mileage some but dont forget that on a two way trip you get to go back down the hills you went up. so that helps some....That does seem like unusually low gas mileage.. If i drive really conservatively i can get over 30 mpg in my 98 Z24 but usually i get about 25-28 and that is driving pretty aggressively

What i mean by that is any given trip i take i drive no more than 2-10 miles in any one give trip. Last time i went out of town my car got about 28-29mpg on the highway. I have change all my plugs oxygen sensors i have not change my coil packs. Those are my next thing to do.
