okey so last night i go to start my car. It would not start. Turned the key about 6 times then finally it turned over. But when it did, felt like it wanted to stall but i kept it going. The engine felt alot shakier than ever before, and even inside the car you could tell a huge difference. Wasn't as smooth as when i bought the car. I took it around the parking lot and shifted into 2nd, and just wanted to bog down. I kept pushing the pedal basically to the floor and it had no go. The car has 16K on it, and is still under warranty. But i'm just trying to think what this could be? My gas tank was just a tad below 1/4, but that's not the problem. Any ideas?

First thing I'd do is check fuel pressure.

When I had a problem like that with my 2002, it ended up being a misfire. the car wouldnt go over 25 with the pedal sunk to the floor.

Well with 16K and under warrenty, take it to the dealer. Sounds like a mis-fire or maybe some bad gas.
