Do anyone know if there is a way to get ram air through an aftermarket CAI for the 2.4 without having a RAM AIR hood?

You could do a custom install, with your air filter going to the fender lining where the stock intake resonator is... but that's about it. Ram Air isn't really a big power adder. Just get or make a good intake that is in the flow of air, and you will get the same result.

if you have a sunfire gt (like mine) or a cav Z24... you remove the left fog light run mandrell bent pipe to a PRM air filter then run pipe into your TB.
