If you're talking about Paypal, Check if there is a tracking number associated with it. If there is, find out what's going on with it. If not, I would file a dispute. Don't wait to file a dispute, as there is a time limit on it.

For Paypal, 45 days after the transaction is the cut off for diputes.

This is the info I got from my paypal transaction:

Customer Service URL: http://www.levelzeromotorsports.com
Customer Service Email: support@levelzeromotorsports.com
Customer Service Phone: 778-840-9376

Good luck getting a hold of LZM. They still owe me swing arm bushings (Invoice ID: 436) since November 23rd of last year.

File a dispute quick. LZM ripped me off $200+ for motor mounts I still don't have. a year plus later.

Everything I have ordered from LZM have showed up in two weeks tops.

I ordered the Balance shaft delete from him in the spring and had no issues with recieving it.

You seem to be among the few. I see a lot of posts pop up from people not getting their stuff, and when things don't go 100% smooth, it seems that LZM ignores all attempts at contact. It's one thing to f&%k up. It's another thing entirely when you just ignore customers and keep their money, which seems to be the norm for them.
