95 to 97 engine harness swap ?'s

As far as I've been able to find out... The only differences are... The type of crank sensor used, the addition of a cam sensor, and the pcm.

Now, the body wiring harness is all the same between the two years (95, and 97.) right?

I have a bead on a harness, pcm, and possibly gauge cluster (wanting a factory tach.) both vehicles are 2.2l LN2 manual tranny cars...

Will it be a matter of simply taking out each harness/pcm and moving them from one vehicle to the other? Or is more involved?

Almost forgot... How much work will it take to make the obd port functional once the harness is swapped? Part of the reasoning for swapping is getting hpt.

I would find a donor car. Most of the wiring between a 95 and 97 is different. Body hardness included.

UPDATE: I picked up the engine harness and pcm. So far the only thing not working on the body harness side of things is the hvac/ac heater controls. Obd port functions now.
