Picked up a hks ssqv 4 blow off valve
My aluminum coolant tees came in. One is 5/8" and the other is 1.25" both have a 1/4npt tapped hole.
My coolant fitting finally came in it was special ordered from 3 months ago. M10x1.0 female to m12x1.5 male
Now that the fitting came in I don't need the large coolant tee so that was a waste.
I used rubber insulated clamps to hold the coolant lines.

3in mandrel bent systems aluminized steel for my down pipe
90* 4an for the coolant feed on the head.
9in 3a braided brake line (forgot to order 2)- my 6in line is getting all deformed for some reason.
LFU solid aluminum steering rack bushings. Only needed one set as there is only one bushing on a 3rd gen other side is solid mounted from factory.
1/4np to 4 an fitting for the coolant return in the heater for line.

Rob,
only thing I see is what if you pressurize the crankcase and blow oil from that vent on the valve cover into the intake on the turbo? Mine did this until I copied the GM racing design..

You defiantly want to be running a baffled catch can before the turbo. Your also probably going to suck oil into your turbo due to too much vac.

You sure, saab used the same setup stock? I don't see how that much oil can go through ought have valve cover baffles then through the charge pipe. I have a baffled catch can on the way but I just don't see it.

I am not 100 sure no. I swear I read it somewhere over on the cobalt forums. You can always just run it. Your going to find out quickly if it is sucking too much.
Why does it need headlights if you're not driving it?

I like to set goals that seem impossible.
