also would like to know how rare this model is? and what it is worth in gd condition?

As far as replacing the door skin, you'd be better off finding a whole solid door. If you can't find one from a convertible, you can fashion one from a solid Coupe door. (These cars started life as coupes) You'll just need to cut the window post and swap all the trim / door / window hardware over. Its a pain. To my knowledge nobody makes just the door skin for these cars, but someone out there in J-body land or maybe the auto body world knows of a source.

Local GM dealer might be able to order the mirror switch. If you take yours off or know its GM Part #, you can search for it on GMPARTSDIRECT.COM. Same with the washer jug.

But in my opinion, you're better off looking in auto salvage yards for this stuff. You can do a search through local yards on the internet (without the mess ) at Car-Part.com.

Not sure of the production specs on the Pontiacs, but I'm sure they're rare.

In good shape you can likely fetch $2500-4000 or so for it with that low mileage.

The "Old Cars Price Guide" by Krause Publications lists values for cars up to 1997 now. You can find a copy at any bookstore and get a rough idea of your Bird's value.
