Maybe I'm overlooking something but wouldn't moving the tie rod high cause its angle to be even worse, or is that not the point? I'm talking about this:
- Your not-so-local, untrained, uncertified, backyard mechanic. But my @!#$ runs
yes you are correct, i uses this to get more angle out of them, the stockers were binding. need to have the knuckle filled and taper reamed inverted to they can be on the bottom.

Spencer we make a tapered cone that big companies even are taking a second look at. Simply a cone that converts the tapered hole into a straight thru hole. Ill have some pics of our units soon.

Phil Lindsay models?
I like those alot.
I wish I knew who made those.
I would greatly appreciate being included in either of those products.
im in for a set of these mark, nevermind making custom spacers. Ill sell my current setup instead.
What's the durability of this type of ball joint, maintenance wise? I was thinking since it wasn't covered with a boot, it would get road dirt, and grime on it. Would that destroy it over time? I just wondering if these require cleaning periodically, or something like that? or are they install and forget?
I have had a lot of people ask me that question and I can tell that is not true at all. I have had a set of these bushings in my daily for the last year and a half. I took them out about a month ago to inspect and there was no slop at all. I did periodically grease them with PB blaster Lithium grease but thats it. Hope that helps.

Ive had mine inservice for over one year and no problems, also have them as shift linkage joint om the GLH omni and had those in service for almost 3 years. As long as you use good ones that are self lubricated PTFE joints you should be fine.
ready to buy these Mark just saying
Spence, sorry been really busy. I just finished the clutch holders. I have a couple order I need to get out. I am thinking by next week I should be able to knock some of these out.
Spence, what color did you want?
