I used thread lock and don't use the E-brake a lot, its temp until I get the new replacment clasps.

Thats for sure, the should be soldered on. or done with green loctite.

anyone find a different rotor 5x100 Saturn to work with setup yet?

Cable stop to me looks like trouble waiting to happen, that will hold e brake tension?
The sway bar brackets are upside down yes.
