Hello i'd like to ask if anyone can help , i wanna lower my 2001 Sunfire and noticed my rear is a little higher than the front (its has the stock suspension) so are 2 inch lowered shocks all around good i've noticed some kits say 2'' in front and 1.9'' in back ???

Also, just springs or coil over ? Thanks.
Here is my car :

If you plan on dropping it over 2" you'll need to run coilovers.
and I don't mean craptastic ebay special coilovers on some KYBs.

For a cheaper drop, go with some Koni yellows or Tokico d-specs and Eibach Sportlines.

Personally I'm running d-specs and ground control coils on 6" springs, wish I woulda went with a full coilover set-up, but whatever.

Above method is spot on, but if you want my SWAGGER advice... then read on...

*Cut and weld your front strut towers 2" higher. Same for the back, except 1.9 inches. Some hood modifications may be necessary as well. You could also go above and beyond and add 6" to your towers for a nice and clean "tucked look.... although more cutting and welding will be required for almost all suspension parts... and frame/fenders.

Good luck and why primer grey?

I have no issue with my sport-lines is only a 1.7 front drop and a 2.3 rear but I'd say it's low enough.

If your gonna go lower then that your gonna need coils-overs or bags.

I miss my Cavalier, even if it made 100 hp on a cold day and had more suspension then it deserved.

Ill cut the ones off this parts car i got then you can just bore out the hole on yours and throw these ones i got on . Welding be overkill tho...cpl sheetmetal screws should do i think )
