03 Cav OEM suspension upgrade

Hello,
I own ’03 Cav and I am interested in improving the handling of the car. I have searched the web and read some posts, but cant seem to nail down exactly what is best to do for the money and overall ride and effort to install sway bars and bushings.

The car currently has a 18mm sway bar up front and none in the rear ( car is 100% stock)
What I would like is a sway bar kit that is 22mm front and rear. I figure 22mm is easier to install than the 25’s; unless I am wrong and they are both equally a b!t(h to install. If this is the case, then 25mm up front and a 22mm in back should still be a good set and keep the over-steering down. Additionally I don’t want to do any drilling or have them hanging low to the ground

It seems that eibach is a good choice, but I have read some conflicting adds on the sizes. I do understand that errors are made, but were looking for someone to know 100% what size the bars are. See below

I plan on getting front/rear tower braces as well. Any thoughts or suggestions regarding motor mounts along with these are appreciated. what about control arm bushings and axle bushings? Worth the 200 bucks? Cheaper source ? MOOG ball joints or are their better choices out there?

Lastly, I have read that the RS Cav is like .9 inches lower up front and .7 inches lower in back than my LS Cav. What is recommended for a performance OEM replacement. I don’t mind going an inch lower front / back, but need longevity out of the replacements.
Don’t care about adjustments to lift/lower the car. I also would like them to be progressive in nature.

Background on myself: I am 35 years old and am a mechanic by trade, but now work behind a computer in a logistics company. I used to race both ¼ mile and autocross back 15 years ago till I was about 28 or so. Did all my engine/tranny/suspension builds --- I suck at body work. Reason for doing this: I just sold my ’02 Trans-Am , 04 GTO and my 06 Impalla SS. I moved to the UK and decided to buy a cheap used car for my 4 year stay here. Roads are pretty narrow and gas is a fortune, which is why I went with the Cav. I just had no idea --- after my previous cars --- that a car could handle so awful.

Great site and posts, any advice is appreciated in advance.

KYB agx's with eibach prokit springs and the eibach swaybar set is a good set up. carcustom's has control arm bushings for 35 bucks shipped you dont really need axel bushings. and strut tower braces would tighten up the car even more http://www.carcustoms.net/product_info.php?cPath=265_22_32_597&products_id=101
