Hello well I rebuilt the short block and have a rebuilt head from cylinder heads international. I have it pretty much all together with the camshaft housings torqued to the heads and the timing chain housing installed. I know the dowels on the camshafts are supposed to be pointing up with the engine at top dead center with the dot on the crank gear lined up with the dot on the block but what is the easiest procedure to install the timing chain.
