Any way to prevent this from happening?
Yes there is, an RPM window switch. It will only spray between the RPM's you set. Like from 3k-6k. Thats what I am going to run so I can spray from 3.5k-7k.
would you happen to know if the rpm switch comes with the nx gen x package or is this something that must be bought separate?
Most kits just come with a WOT switch. I'm not sure but i'd assume you'd have to buy it.
I do not think it comes with the genx2 package but you can find them fairly cheap on ebay
you have to purchase seperately. I am going to get something from nx, its a dual switch, controlled by a laptop to program it, but it does rpm window switch settings, and also runs on the TPS signal... so no WOT switch is needed, it programs to that wire so it will only spray when wide open.
In time I swear I am going to buy the venom intake manifold, I just have to get the courage to spend that much cash on it... looks so much better, and I cant really see that thing puddling like the stock one. All in the name of safety. Plus I think it looks bada$$

it looks bad a$$ but damn it's pricy
Has anybody done a direct pot N2O install on any of the plastic intakes of the 2.4, 2.2 eco or even the 2200?
I have been thinking about doing a direct port on my 2200, but not sure if the plastic intake can hold up to the pressure and not blow the nozzles back out??
