I want to replace my '04 LS stock radio with a radio out of a Cobalt. I know it's possible, but has anyone here ever done it? I think it would look a lot better in the dash than the stock Cavis.
I thought Cobalt radios required serial data from the BCM to work. But Ive been wrong before.
isnt it just the vin number he needs? but then again you need to go to the dealer to do that
So... in other words, lots more trouble and $$$ than its worth... Thanks for the info.
Even with a Vin and reflash I'm 99% positive it won't work.
