proally no amp cause it bolts to the piece you modified to get it to fit.
i need to get to work on fitting mine, and finishing my charge pipes lol
So get crackin! lol I pulled the cobalt amp from the same doner car. Saved all the connectors and I got a full wiring diagram from my friends at my local chevy dealer. I'm going to wire them all in. I figure I upgraded all the speakers to the cobalts from the stockers in front and walmart specials in back that were there when I bought it so why not run the amp too, right?
"Is that your exhaust or is that the sound of someone deflating a cat?"
That is not the keyless entry box back in the truck. That is a factory amp.
Keyless entry is in the front in the kick panel. 2000+ it is in the BCM.

you're a tad bit off on the 95-99 brother. it's in the trunk. That is factory unmodified original:
Pretty sure that's my trunk lol Same place I've gotten the 6 spares I have from doner cars in the salvage yard lol
Just so there's no confusion on the box:
Pretty sure that sticker on this dirty little black box says "Remote Entry Actuation Module" lol
"Is that your exhaust or is that the sound of someone deflating a cat?"
Sorry make the "Remote Function Actuation Module"
"Is that your exhaust or is that the sound of someone deflating a cat?"
On 2k up cars the factory is in that location.
Ive never seen that box yu have before lol.
2000 they changed stuff around. That's why the remotes are different. If you look at the FCC ID's as well they are different numbers

I never had a 95-99 power door lock car, so I can not say 100%, but 2000+ the factory amp is in the back and power door locks are through the bcm.
So sorry for the partially wrong info.
