I've looked over the forums and google, but found nothing.

I have a 2001 Cavalier 2 door, and I'm 99% sure I have the premium audio package. I would like to know where the premium audio amp is for the rear speakers so that I can remove it and bypass the wiring to my 6x9s.

Can someone tell me where the amp is? I've looked everywhere for it short of ripping my whole interior out to look for it.

The picture I'm looking at looks like it is in the trunk, on the driver side, behind that panel.

Just an update, I found it where you said and got it removed and the wires spiced and bypassed, and everything works fine. Thanks a bunch for your help guys!!
