i would just wire a relay circuit. if you fuse it you'd have to use like a .5amp fuse or something, lol.

but you said just running two amps off one rem wire would be fine right?

yes. if it's just two amps, should be fine.

I always go the "better safe then sorry" route, so i wire up relay's in all my turn on leads.

I'm running 4 devices off of my remote (2 sub amps, 1 4 channel and 1 crossover) and I ran a relay. When you buy them, there's a schematic on the back on how to hook them up.
