I have an AlphaGuards AG-06 Car alarm.

Its got all the gizmos... makes headlights flash, remote start, 2-way paging remotes, keyless entry...

All Im interested in installing (at least for the time being) is the keyless entry, and alarm (shock sensor, siren). Would I be able to only install those two components and have them work properly? As well as the 2-way remotes working properly?

I tried emailing the company and got no response.

It will definitely work fine. In the brain unit all you have to do is not plug in the remote starter wires. Everything else will still function fine. If you did want to put in the remote starter, you will need a extra part. At Circuit City it is PLXR. It is a bypass for the passive anti-theft system. Theft-lock 1, 2, and 3...
