switching clusters
Sunday, November 11, 2007 8:23 AM
my lights in my cluster have been going bad one by one til finally im left with the RPM gauge light. i have two clusters from a 2004 cavalier, they are both interchangeable correct? i have a 2000 base model.
and for the switch, i just have to remove my dash cover, pull out the bolts that hold the current one in place, pull the plug, and then reverse that and turn the key correct?
im going to take a picture before and after with my car idling to make sure the needles all point in the same direction. anything else i need to worry about?

Just smack the dash, like Ike smacks Tina... That should cause them to light back up but if not its direct plug and play for the new cluster
