When do you plan on ordering Vince??

Mike, I'm using the Bwoody catch and have good experience with it so far. Only issue is that you have to take it out of the car to determine if it is filled or not. I like that fact that it doesn't have a leak point like others do with the fittings and clear nylon tubing. I am probably going to look for a new one with a view for this new setup though.

Chris, So if I understand the picture right for us boosted guys, a tube from the pcv hole in the head is not needed correct?

Vince, is the 22.00 for both check valves or 1? Im thinking Im not gonna route a line to my turbo intake, so I may only need 1.

Thx.

Damn, cant edit post twice?

Well I just remembered I have an account with McMaster so i wont need to be in on the GP.

Couple questions, the two red hoses below in the picture, are those 1/2" hoses?

Just wondering because you call for 1/2" check valves on those hoses, but the fitting Brandon has coming out of his oil air seperator looks to be 1/4" barb fitting and its connected to the same hose the 1/2" check valve is on.

Just need that cleared up, thanks

I did this on purpose....

1/4" line for the red line. I decided upon a 1/2" check valve because of the fittings, I didn't want the fitting ID size to be an issue so I over-sized to a 1/2" check valve, 1/2" NPT barb fitting with a 1/4" outlet to the line... this way there is no undersized area to deal with.

ok say you are using the Saab TD04 turbo and you are connecting the line from the pcv port on the valve cover to the inlet to the turbo will you still need to do this check valve set up?

Slowcav, you've misunderstood the how-to. The valve cover is the fresh air inlet, not the PCV outlet. Look over it again my friend.

This just confused the crap outta me when looking at the picture.

So what's wrong with the diagram Chris posted up?

each fitting is $22.33 us dollars.

does anyone have any problem with me doing $25.00 a piece for them to cover me being the middle man and the paypal fees? if thats a problem let me know.

my plan is do collect the money. make the order, ship them to me. then ship them individually from there.

yes i can ship to canada and i will. once i get them, i will get everyone quotes and go from there, and ship them out to each person, complete with tracking numbers and email confirmation.

so if you can, please Paypal the money to Vink70_99@yahoo.com. with your name, org name, and any other info i need.

FEEL FREE TO PM ME IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS.
