So i removed the a/c to install the turbo kit i have and i am wondering what do you guys do about the belt. Do you ad a a/c delete pully to make up for the compresser that was removed or do you guy just get a shorter belt and just use the crank ,alt, and tensioner?

either or.
using the actual replacement pulley is regarded as better/safer by most.

Most auto stores have them in stock, or able to order... I know Autozone sells them. Should be listed as an A/C bypass pulley. Motormite part # 34236 is for the 2.4 Twin Cam.

Or use a shorter belt, nothing wrong with that.

do you know the part number or what belt would be used for a shorter belt. im sure the auto parts store should be able to help if i measure it out across the pulleys. Also what do you guys do with the cruise control box when you have the h.o. mani. i was thinking about leaving it out since i dont plan on using it.

Made it 4 years so far ac less I just do the 2-65 ac and call it tolerable! although like i said, if I can find it all cheap enough and get it all to fit, it might make its way back on...
