I plumbed it as the Ultimate m62 guide showed, when plumbing I tried to make it so the system bled itself as much as possible, hot in the bottom of the ZZP, which I don't like because physics, but this way the flow takes air out the top and helps get the air out.
The pump is circulating pretty well, It was 55*F out, I took it out for a bit and did some highway and pulls from various speeds. It has SOOOO MUCH MORE POWER!!!! IATs peaked at 105*F after some beating on it, before I finished plumbing, I saw 175+ on a 5 mile drive without getting above 3k rpm. When driving civily, it was 85-95* IAT, thats good right?
Next up, brake upgrade!
I did have a hell of a time mounting the tank I have for the reservoir. What needs to happen is I need to weld it. Need a welder though! Right Now I have the tank on a jerry rigged piece of steel that is then tied into position with some wire. Not a permanent fix, but it is better than nothing.
