5 speed reliability

How good are the Getrags going into the 03+ cars?

I am thinking of getting an 03 w/ 5 speed but don't know
much about this particular transmission.

Hard parts reliable?
Under normal use, clutch life?
How often does it need a bleed?
Rebuildability?

I already drove a couple, and I like the feel and all,
plus I was surprised at the kind of power the little
ecotec was putting out....the 2.2 I drove in a s-10
was a gutless wonder, I like these ecotecs!

What else should I know about this trans?

my car is fine after 40k miles
although i had the master clutch cylinder replaced under warranty because the reservoir leaked so they had to replace the whole thing

2002 2.2L Chevy Cavalier w/ getrag tranny.....79000 miles of abuse....burnouts....power shifting...numerous races.....no problem so far IN FACT I still have the factory clutch and it still holds strong
