I know you are just looking to replace tires (so I'm guessing you mean all-season- or something similar- since you're in ohio), but just last week I installed Toyo "Garit" snow tires on my Cavalier. I noticed a great difference on the highway, in the rain. I have seen good reviews of them as well. They are, however, an aggressive winter tread, so if you are ever looking for a winter set- I imagine Ohio gets some snow- I would reccomend them.
