Anyone ever bored out tC rims to fit on a cavalier? Im able to pick up a set on craigslist for $80.

They have the same bolt pattern, but the center bore needs to be bored out 3mm.

Bore it out! but run spacers. Their offset is TERRIBLE.

Just find a local machine shop to do it for ya. Shouldnt be a problem.

I think you only need to take out 1mm on center. Doing it properly is expensive (machine shop labor), so make sure you really want them...

Have a machine shop do it, unless they want a ridiculous amount. While you can do it by hand, and probably not have a problem, that's one of those things you should just do right or not at all. If a machine shop wants more than an hour's worth of labor to do it, they're raping you. I've had more than one set of rims bored out before, and paid about $50 each time.
