curb rash repair

I've been lurking around j-body.org for a while now, but now i need to ask a question. I recently bought used 17'' universal wheels for my 04 cavi, though one rim has some light curb rash. All of the dealers and garages want to charge me ridiculous prices to completely sand and re-powdercoat the rim. How can I fix this rim without spending a lot of money? im pretty inexperienced when it comes to cosmetics like this, so any imput would be greatly appreciated!

Those look pretty deep... what do you consider "ridiculous prices" ?

not even worth fixing. its cheaper to get a new set. if you get work done you should get them all powdercoated but its not that big of a deal to me
