I know you cannot simply sand vinyl, and your options are either to take off the vinyl, or fiberglass it, correct?
Has anyone taken off the vinyl to paint underneath, and if so how difficult was it and how did the end result look?
Im just trying to decide whether i should fiberglass it or take it off, so anyone's input would be appreciated, thanks.
