ok so i bought a blue LED bulb off ebay. but there not like LEDs, its like 5 little light "pads" that are extra bright. and when i turn the car off it still kinda glows a little. i dont know how long it stays on like this but i do know its off by the next day. as of now i unpluged it till i find a fix... how do i fix this? or will it not effect my batt at all? please help
