I have a 04 cav had it for 6 months now do 80 miles a day to and from work.
When i first got it thaught the seats were flimsy. But now they are horrible i can feel all the bars in the back of my legs ,azz and i have to deal with that for a hour each way to and from work. My question is is there any bolt right in using stock brackets better quality seats. I'm 240 lbs so a good seat would be nice.

Any type of seats that aren't stock will take some type of modification to fit on your stock brackets.
The amount of modification will vary from seat to seat.
I have Sparco Bucket seats and I just took the easy route and bought the ones made for my car by Sparco. That assures a perfect and safe fit.
As far as comfort goes, anything Sparco, Corbeau, Recaro, Momo, Bride will be very comfortable as they have research and development teams dedication to the padding and cushions used in their seats. For example, Sparco contracted out Pirelli to make the inserts in their seats and they are quite comfortable.

Ive got sparco torino seats with the sparco brackets and I love them
in my old car i had corbeau comfort was excellent
in this car i will have recaros just need to not be lazy and make my brackets

Well the only thing thats custom is the brackets. I am custom fabricating them to sit lower and farther back.
The ultimate in comfort though.

I got the seats and brackets from synergy motorsports on ebay. I will try to get some pics of them later today
