i think that oil is worth money, consider it vintage

The oil really didn't look to bad. There was a little condensation in it, but nothing major.

FU Tuning

Fine, after I fixed the ground for the cluster it is running a TON better. I need to hook up HPTuners to it again to see why the fan is coming on so early, but I bet I programed it to on the red car.

Also, after it is up to operating temp. it sometimes starts "hunting / looping" at idle.

you will have to look up to see what sensors the computer uses on closed loop compared to open loop and test those sensors to find the bad one. i'm betting the 02 sensor.

My car used to eat front O2 sensors....so maybe. I'm having problems with my antivirus and HPTuners. So I must just use the wifes laptop.

So my cobalt config I did for the brothers 09 LNF doesn't play completely nice with my 99. Notice the boost at idle.

I just need to reconfigure add/delete a few things, and I should be good to go. Cleaned the IAC, and idle straightened out. I do need a new TPS...since it seems to not read from about 15-25%, but reads everything else perfectly fine. I might / probably have a spare lying around. I may mess with it again tonight.

It sees road sometimes....it is still breaking up. I'm sure either the alternator is bad or I still have a crap ground somewhere.

Well the z24 got its first bath in YEARS. The more I drive it the better it is running!

Looks ok for 125,000 miles. I need to rip those damn door chrome things off! I really need to install more parts. Also, my Z24 center caps are covered in real carbon fiber. Since it has came up a few times.

So the cavalier should be street legal again this weekend as long as it pass the emissions test. Which it should just fine. I do not even care if it is raining. I will be driving it as long as my 30 day tags get approved.

Then I guess I need to start installing a million parts that are sitting in my garage and in the truck of the cavalier.

I'm kind of getting giddy.
