Sanding, sanding and more sanding

Well after 2 weeks I have a little update

Put the rad shroud on like a week a go but never took pics till now





And the top dash pad was vinyl dyed




There has been lots and lots of sanding of interior parts, the lower part of the dash I hope will be sent to the painter in the next 10 days

some of the wiring has been ordered as of today lots more to go lol

17 feet of blue power and 17 feet of pearl silver ground of 1/0 awg wire

I wouldnt have gone with the KLM. Its copper clad aluminum and doesnt transfer current as well. Since aluminum has a higher resistance.

You probably wouldve been better off spending a little more on some full copper stuff.

I have used this stuff many times before and never had any issues I think it will be fine, hes not entering any sound comps with it so no worries with any issues. plus the blue is for power and silver is ground and will be running both to a battery in the back as well

Okie dokie I havent heard any bad stuff about it. Its just preference I guess.

good work so far. the windows for the amps i think are find, but they are just a little bit small. show off some more of the amps so everyoene knows what's back there, not just a little tiny window as it is now.

sorry jason I forgot to update that part, I changed it up so now there is no window its an open concept I just did a frame around them but the one in the middle on the bottom is covered up with just a window still. I should have some updated pics by the weekend

Little update

Im going in the morning to pick up the lower dash from the painters, should have pictures by Tuesday since my brother has a camera and I have to drop it off then


And my brother decided since there was a carbon fiber splitter laying around the garage that we tried last winter to fit to the car but it looked like poo. He decided to work with it and make something for the door panels. In the pictures it looks like it does not fit well thats because the carpet peice is still on there and needs a bit more sanding

man their is a ton of Carbon fiber on this car.....freaking awesome

I am gonna head to your parents and install it and the dash this afternoon

well we got the 1/0 awg ran through the car and some of the dash installed but the air compressor is pooched, so we never got much more done bill is in need of a 480 compressor or even a 380 for the time being can anyone help?

Tuesday work, the dash was put in afre getting painted









My brother took several pictures to try and capture the blue pearl. The pieces were painted the same as the tank Night Hawk Black Pearl Honda/Acura colour

The cav cluster is in, steering wheel is on the venting and top dash pad secured down and got the glove box on

your welcome now lets get the stereo part done and doors done and then send the dash pieces the bezel and other parts to get CF wrapped and then we can just enjoy the final look

almost there still lots to do before its ready but thought I would throw up what is doen so far still need to sand and paint the other sub box but you get the idea

the parts on either sides of the amp that is in the middle is getting cutout and thats where the air compressors are going, also where the opening is at the middle amp it will be covered up by the air tank so you wont see that either

still lots more to do but first test fit went well











air didnt get hooked back up yet as the new compressor(480cc) has bigger fittings we need an adapter to make it work hopefully wednesday it will be runnning on air again

well it is finally rolling and the air is working! now to finish all the small things and the trunk install needs to be done. all the interior needs to be put back in once its back from cftec and ALOT of cleaning!! lol
