Looks great, loving the work!

Have to agree with welding the hood, but the work looks great.
Does the paint booth have a bake cycle? If it does throw that hood in there as many times as you can before paint. That might bring out any imperfections that may arise with the way you bonded the hood scoop.
Keep up the great work, its about damn time we see some custom bodywork going on again on this site!
Eternal and Y3llowCav- Thanks guys, having fun with it!
Qwik2k2z24 - Alright, I didnt want us to have any problems up in here
Wayders - It does, I will throw it in there a few times tomorrow. I like the way you think
Small update**
I started jambing the car today as well as some other components either today or tomorrow.
yes suicide doors! lol meh on the hard top but verts without frames FTW
I personally like the sunroofs better, but the car did't come with one. It was the best of the three I have body wise though. And Nice car SPencer..loving the white on white.
Well guys, I got some color on the car today and also received some @!#$ty news.. I had recently sent my turbo off to get rebuilt with upgraded internals because the car had come with a cheap ass ebay turbo. Come to find out, it is such on odd ball of a turbo that they cannot get parts for it. So, Im stuck with a soon to be dead turbo and the car will get to sit in the garage...
atleast it will be painted?
and why no pics? this upsets me greatly.
Here you go WAYDERS haha.
well how bout that.... someone that knows how to paint a car.
(remove everything)
It's nice to be injected but I love being blown.
Gotta find something im good at, cause im not very smart
^ im in the same boat haha
good job buddy, single stage?
Cars looking great. Love the custom work and can't wait to see more progress.
Yessir, its a single stage flat. And thanks guys I really appreciate it...should be getting her together in the next two weeks
flat white for the win!, i have satin white on my car now.... kinda wished i went with a flat white instead. I might be doing this in the spring!
I am still partial to the original color, nice progress though

Here is a picture of the car after the paint dried. I didn't get to do any work to the car today other than a few odds and ends because the weather turned to @!#$ and the school closed at noon.
Joe, that's a nice piece. Did you do that yourself?
just seen this cant believe joey tuned it he sent mine out the door :/
MP-62 Intercooled 2.9" Pulley
then again there were things wrong with it but meh parted it out and sold it and now run a eco
MP-62 Intercooled 2.9" Pulley
What was wrong with it? He's also tuned Brad Wheeler (Z Yaaaa). We ended up having to do a few things to mine too, because some of the plugs and @!#$ had gotten melted down from a fire in the bay from the previous owner that I did not know about. Ended up costing my much more than original estimate, but was worth it. Im getting tuned at an actual Chevy race shop in DSM next time that just opened up last fall.
had troubles makin it idle told me to use a standalone took of due to the alignment was to off who knew? (tried to do a pull) lol so idk im over it parted it out sold most of it nvr will see what kind of power it would of made so i wont regret whoever has is
im gonna bring my eco there probably next month or so and dyno it see how much it has and go with a bigger turbo
MP-62 Intercooled 2.9" Pulley
Thats weird, I was told by the guy I bought the car from that I should run a standalone but it wasnt necessary. What are you expecting to get for power with your eco? Looks like a pretty serious car from what I read on your profile. And why would you want to go with a BIGGER turbo than what is on it haha? Keep us posted on that man!
