should be the last under hood line splice in the harness. Also got some heat tape wrapped on the wiring the goes under that Y pipe.

so the project finishes just like it started, with the fabrication of a small bracket. well finished for the most part.

had to rework the throttle bracket since the stock form dead ended the cable right into the charge pipe. plus this will make my billet throttle body more visible.

also took the flap wheel to the ac lines to make the welds look better. these will eventually be polished.

And finally her first drive.

Always great to see a project come together... you dont see very many quality project completions anymore.

The attention to detail is what I like in this project.

thanks everyone, hopefully shes going to drive to her first show next weekend.

And FYI, GM pulled a dick move and change the block fittings slightly on the a/c connections. 99-01 have flat O ring bosses on the joints at either eng of the suction/discharge hoses where they meet the receiver/drier and condenser. The 02 has a stepped block fitting that uses the rubber/ metal O ring seal like the compressor ports use. So now i have to get another condenser .

Awesome man! It's a good feeling to know your wiring is all squared away.

Is the downpipe gasket something custom?

Nice work dude. You planning on dyno tuning it?

I have never seen anyone run a gasket on the downpipe to turbo. Always been told to make sure both surfaces are true and no gasket.

if its two iron surfaces you dont need to run a gasket, like my tubo mopar, its got iron manifold to iron turbine housing. But in this case its iron turbine to steel flange, different expansion rates.

and yet i plan on having it dyno tuned.

shows are over, back to work.
Finishing the charge pipes

Had to snake that dude around the battery, not relocating again

Started work on the Dakota Digital gauge cluster tonight, bought a couple sheets of textured ABS from a car audio vendor

using the shroud as a template, i cut it out with aviation snips and drilled the screw and pin holes.

Fits well.

Gutted one of the Dakotas to make a template from. Going to play with placement till i get what i like.
