Only real men build things out of steel, lesser men without beards build things out of aluminum.
well, the stock under side brace that goes from the subframe to the lower rad support brace is steel. obviously these look much beefier than that but id say the benefit of them stiffening up the lower part of the front of the car not to mention their skid plate purpose makes the weight really not that big of a deal. i am one of the biggest advocates of weight reduction on this place and i still say that lol
aluminum skid plates? they'd be gone in a day LOL
