my turn to clean ... check out the buffed CF

well my kit isnt painted yet .. but i tried to clean up the car a bit...


in this pic you can see the how the Cf oxydized ...


not a full shot .. i didnt realize till late that i only took a corner shot


never mind i guess i did take a full 1/4 shot , dont mind the kit, it also got wiped down looks cleaner

eh the wheels have knicks in the them ... it will need to redone .. but they look good in pics haha mabe tomorrow i will ..

thanks fellas its comming along nicely ... i have a question i know its thwe wrong forum but how do you ajust the GC coilovers ?

You need a special wrench for adjusting Coil-overs.

One of these might work...

probly should get that hood clear coated, thats probly from it being a non uv protectant gel coat...

Ground Controls use an allen key. Loosen up the bolt in the collar/perch and you should be able to adjust freely after doing so. I recommend removing the bolt and applying anti-seize on it, most commonly used for spark plugs etc. That is, if they're not already seized...........

Looks good. Get the kit painted and it will look beautiful.

Just an opinion, but I'd partially paint the hood to match the car. Maybe leave just the scoop CF.
I love when people do stuff like that rather than just have an entire CF hood.

hood turned out very well.

I really like the contours in the hood...it adds a nice touch to it I think.

well i did some more cleaning and this time i wiped down the kit ... to make it look a little bit more representable

Looks good my type j kit just came in on saturday. I cant wait to get it put on i am suppost to drop it off at the body shop friday and be done by tuesday

ahah ... 215/40/18 if i had 17" i would need 215/45/17

but yea i have the correct tires ... am i correct everyone ?
