Nice numbers. I was going to say something seems off since hp and tq don't cross at 5252, but then I noticed they are scaled differently on each side of the graph. Nice work sir. What boost level was that with? The only j in your profile is supercharged.

12.6 @ 114.6 MPH

Re: dyno chart

according to the graph boost was 22psi

theres a lot left in this whole car after i replace the damn crank. after pulling the car off the dyno i noticed a noise in the engine so i pulled the oil pan to check the bearings and the #4 rod journal had a crack in it and started eating into the bearing. Now i have to pull the engine back out and replace the crank and bearings. Do you guys think its safe spinning my engine to 8k once i get the crank replaced?!?!?!

the problem I see spinning to 8k is the stock ECU and tuning.

Very nice numbers, congrats!

Looking at the graph you crossed much later in the RPM range than I'm used to seeing on an LD9... around 6k. Definitely looks like your TQ is planing off but the HP still has some room to go.

Any reason you stopped at 6300 rpm?

I'm curious - what are the dips in the middle of the graph there? I see your boost leveled off a bit and then began to climb again... looks like the power only comes on really strong after 5300 rpm.

That must be a face-melting 1000 RPM.

I wonder if he crossed over later because he is using a larger T4 turbo??

i think its because we havent figured out the sweet spot with this boost controller because its a greddy profec b spec 2 and im fairly new to the turbo world. i started to figure it out and got it worked out but didnt wanna take any more time up because i only paid 20 for a dyno pull and did 7 of them. lol i also cracked a journal on the #4 rod journal so i gotta get that fixed soon.

Looks like you need to play with your settings alittle more!

Whats your start boost set at? Maybe set it to 16-17 psi. Keep the wastegate closed longer.

Looks like you need to play with your gain as well. With boost tailing off like that at the end you may need to play with it some more!

I think with that turbo your going to have a longer spool time then most!

depends upon your oiling system. i would go threw it again if you already have a problem. nothing worse than not getting the main issue fixed, putting it back together, then ending up with the same issue.
