But you can't just take a random strutbar off a car, right? It's gotta be made for your engine(2.2L ecotec in my case). Correct me if Im wrong, Im a newbie but I'm really looking into this mod.

No. You can use a bar from any 3rd gen jbody, they're all the same. The only differences in the bars is how many mounting tabs they have for the firewall and whether or not they have a cruise control bracket.

or a 2.4 like me. What is a better strut bar one with holes on each side or with with three holes? Are you post to bolt it to the firewall too?
