Hey guys, yesterday i traded my 98 Nissan frontier for a 04 fully loaded (sunroof included) 5 speed, cavalier lt sport. ill post pics soon as i get time when its not raining. Like I said its a 04, with 89,000 miles. brand new clutch, and break pads! everything works except the cruse control . my plans for it is, when i get my school money in the spring, im going to supercharge it from zzp. I don't know much about these cars but i know a few things from owning a cobalt before. let know know some tips and tricks! So far I love this car, its so much fun to drive

Unfortunately, you have a gen 1 L62 block in your car and is not comparable with the parts through zzp. If you are gonna go that route, consider an engine transplant to a gen 2 or gen 3 engine. I was looking to do the same thing to my 05 sunfire and was in contact with the customer service reps there who informed me of this problem.

Hope that this info saves you from any wasted money and a bunch of frustration

Oops. Let me correct myself. L61. Not L62. Sorry for the typo

Huh? Supercharger parts fit perfectly on this motor. The hard part is finding someone to tune it and paying for it. Don't go through zzp for the entire kit, some of those parts will not fit. Cobaltss.net is your friend as they typically sell the parts you're looking for. Read this entire guide twice to help you figure out what you need and where to get it:

And if you're interested in just how much power you can make, check out my progress thread:
