I think if the peeps on the top 5 lists all showed up, It would take a car running 13 flat or so to be in there. I know I wouldn't make it. But out of those cars, some aren't running at the moment, and many won't be there, including myself, due to family needs. Good luck, but I think it's gonna take better than 14's to get in the quick 8.

Too far man, I am in Florida.
If I could trailor my car then yes, but otherwise no. I don't think DJ(13.2) is going neither.
If they made it in like Alabama it would be on. lol

At the pace the my engine freshening is getting done, it's going to be a stretch, but you never know. The CF hood and trunk are MIA, thus I have no hood and trunk at the moment either, the stock pieces are being used to make the molds.

I need the raceday schedule, most likely I'll tow down that morning and head back after the racing is done.

Has the 3.8 turbo 2nd gen confirmed attendence this year?

Best time is a 13.754@ 104.39mph.
Best mph is just under 106

but i plan on running better times than that this year

No worries Karo and appreciate the offer! Find me some 430 222 cams, that would be a great help. I here Engle can grind them, but haven't called yet.

I've been reworking the front suspension, shortening the struts, springs, etc. It should be back on four wheels this week.

I stopped buy the machine shop yesterday to drop off the ARP stud kits, saw the copper gasket, oringed block, etc. He handed me a bad exhaust valve. It appears the stockers are getting eaten alive at the seats due the healthy doses of nitrous. SI Stainless valves are now on order along with LS1 springs. He promised to have it ready by the end of the month. We'll see

T-R-S Josh is making up a header, but I'm down the list a bit.

Two pages of small projects to execute before the engine comes back. I'll be busy, but it's manageable...
