Ignition timing

Can anyone refer me to a chart or "sticky" which describes the 2.2L L61 head's centrifical timing and total timing curves. Also, how the MAP influences the normal rpm curves.

Sorry, was getting disappointed at this site. Most pentroofs can take 35degree centrifical and 10-12 vacuum advance- generally. I'd like to know how, esp. vacuum (load) is calculated by the MAP or MAF or whatever. If the HP Tuner stuff has calculations or graphs; yes, I'd like to see it. I'm currently seriously disgusted by what I'm seeing on my scan tool.
