how much work and headache is involved in putting a front end of a sunfire on a cavy?

Hood, fenders, bumper (and honeycomb), as well as headlights and wiring for headlights.

Beat it like it owes you money

dont forget the hood latch...and the support ( or honeycomb) behind the bumper is not needed....the cavy one will have to be cut to fit but thats about it and thats not too hard....the cavy bumper should go on the sunfire without cutting

i'd swap the honeycomb... just because it's probably easier than cutting it, and it helps hold the shape of the sunfire bumper (stock anyway).

personal preference.
