What fits in there, that golden screw. Or what do you use to adjust the height of the headlight beam. I don't wanna take some pliers and go at it cause its gonna mess us the screw.

the inside should be a small torx bit (10 or so) and the outside you can use a small socket, probably like a 7mm or something.
