Hi, my girlfriend just bought a 97 Cavalier for her daily driver (she has a Suburban and a 66 GTO and needed gas mileage). She's going to give this to her son in a couple years.
But she likes the look of my Sunfire without the mouldings and would like to take them off hers.
Question I have is with her car 8 years old and it being a red color will there be a lot of fading?
If so can it be buffed out?
Also, she's planning on taking off all emblems, but what's your opinions of the pinstriping?

Yes it will probably be faded I think buffing might work but I'm not sure
