does anyone know if cavaliers (mine is a 3rd gen) need relays with the hids, or if they can run without? The kit I bought didn't come with any relays, and the seller said that not all cars required one.......The only reason I could guess that I would need one is if the output for the stock bulbs isn't high enough for the ballast.....
