Time for a new clutch

I am going to change my clutch very soon. Probley going to replace with a stock one. My stock one has held for 120,000km so i think i got good use out of it. I dont know how much a stock one is (in CND$), and i dont know how much to expect to pay for an aftermarket one. Would an aftermarket one last as long as a stock one.I dont beat on my car, nor do i care about the clutch being able to handle more than stock power. My car is stock motor, so what is my best bet. I will be doing it myself, It doesnt look to difficult, i just help my buddy change a clutch in a talon. So what do i need to replace, what parts do i need, should i go stock or aftermarket, which way is more worth it, and how much should i expect to pay?. Im not a cheap prick so tell me what you think i should do.

for long life, i would get an OEM style replacement clutch. As for the costs to have one put in, i'd say about $400+ for labor, and if you have your own parts, i'd say about $125 or so for an OEM replacement clutch, if you're lucky that will come with a new slave cylinder as well.

GM Canada wants $600 for a new clutch (my shops cost) i can get a spec stage one/2 for just under 400 and they come with the slave cylenders, according to GM they dont!

imo get yourself a spec stage 1 clutch, its one step up from stock and will last just as long!
