Okay, pretty set on the Extreme Dimensions Drifter Front & Rear bumpers for my 1993 Chevrolet Cavalier (4-door), but I don't want their side skirts since I'd have to cut'em and what not to get'em to fit. So, which do you think would be better...?
1. Hopefully finding some Z24 side skirts at a local junkyard, should be cheap.
2. Get the Razzi 1991-1994 4-door Chevrolet Cavalier set of side skirts, grand total of $327.70.
Another question that I'm not positive on - anyone know if the bottom of the Z24 side skirts and/or Razzi 4-door side skirts will line up evenly with the bottom of the Extreme Dimensions Drifter Front & Rear bumpers if you were lookin at it from the side?
Thanks for any responses.
Or...
3. Hopefully find the whole Z24 kit from a yard since it'll be so cheap.
The Stock Z24 kits are always going to fit the best. The aftermarket kits will require work to make them fit right. Also remember if you swap to phase 1 (88-91) Z24 kit you will also need to swap to phase 1 Z24 headlights or Sunbird headlights.
no you dont...i didnt and i think its sexy
^Ditto with me. My only problems with the ph1 kit was that the back bumper has a huge gap below the tail lights now that I need to fix at some point. I haven't put the skirts on yet, but here's how it looks:

I'm guessing the ED Drifter is the knockoff of the Onderground Drift kit? If it is, you can't switch to a phase 1 front end since it will look retarted with the molded grille. You should talk to someone who has the Drift kit and get the measurment from the fender to the lower lip of the bumper cover. Then get the measurment for the skirts. Then you will know if they line up or not. The cover is probably 16-17", and the skirts are probably 2-3" below the pinch weld at the ends.
wraith...i have the same gap...but im gonna put a piece of square metal bar and bolt it to the bumper itself and get rid of it
